Rachel has been with us since 2019 as our Team Leader. You will know its her when she answers the phone because of her southern drawl. She got her degree in Human Relations in 2009 from Oklahoma University. She loves to help people find the right coverage for home, auto, health & life insurance. She's originally from Texas, but has been an Oklahoma resident since 2005.
Rachel has three kids who attend Harrah Public Schools. She's been married her husband Shane since 2008. You will probably find in her the dance studio cheering on her daughter. In her free time, she's hanging out with her family at the lake.

Anna Rucker has been working in insurance since 2018 as an account associate, and is also our claim assistant. Anna is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance with the state of OK. She has a passion for helping people, and truly loves Shawnee.
Anna is from a small town in Oklahoma but has lived in Shawnee since 2014. She got her bachelor's in Communication Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University (go Bison!).
She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2018 and has two cats. She loves hot tea, coffee, & anything made out of potatoes.

After a 25 year career in Law Enforcement, Natalie was finally able to convince Will to join the team.
He is licensed in Property & Casualty in Oklahoma, but can most likely be found working behind the scenes to make the agency run efficiently.
He is often helping with events, day to day maintenance, etc.,. He also spends a lot of time in the field helping with site inspections, photos, and running a lot of errands for the Agent!
He is a proud graduate of Tecumseh High School, where you can still find him supporting his hometown team today often.

Monta Setzer

Monta joined our team this year as a part-time in office claims liaison. After 30 plus year career with DHS she is enjoying a new role in our agency. Monta graduated from the University of Oklahoma and has been a lifelong resident of the Shawnee and Tecumseh communities. She is married to Darrell, and they together have two daughter and one son and quite a few grandkids that keep them very busy. In her spare time, she loves reading, shopping, traveling and loves a good cup of Scooter's coffee! Monta is here to help facilitate your claim with a friendly face and smile, should the need arise.
