"I’m sorry it seems we don’t have a customer profile for you, nor have we interacted with you in office. We also don’t determine insurance rates. Your insurance rates are typically based off of your insurance score which is tied to your credit score, payment history as well as accident and claims history. If those things are unsatisfactory you will see a much higher rate.

"T.L., we’re sorry you were frustrated with your roadside assistance experience; however, this review does not tell the full story. Our records show that our office spoke with you by phone that afternoon and provided you with the information needed to contact the third-party roadside assistance provider that handles these service calls. State Farm also provides 24/7 customer care and assistance through the State Farm app, even when our local office is closed.
You also advised our office that after speaking with us, your cell phone was not working properly, which unfortunately limited your ability to continue communicating with the roadside assistance provider. While we certainly understand how frustrating it would be to be stranded on I-40 in extreme heat, our local insurance agency does not dispatch or physically perform roadside services. Those services are handled by a third-party roadside assistance network.
We take our responsibility to our customers seriously, and when you contacted our office, we answered, spoke with you, and provided the appropriate information to obtain roadside assistance. For someone who wants a service that directly manages and dispatches its own roadside assistance experience, a dedicated roadside service such as AAA may be a better fit.
We believe it is important that the complete circumstances be represented accurately, particularly when reviewing the service provided by our local office."
